You don’t want to use anything foreign to aid putting on the mask. Powder and such will do nothing but create a mess and in fact creating a barrier between your skin and the silicone you want to move with your expression. For the mask, you put both hands deep inside the mask, knuckles against the cheeks, palms facing each other. Lift the mask towards your head, while tilting your head slightly down to meet the mask. With the bib flipped over, catch the back of your head to the back of the mask ( flipped down bib ).. once it sort of catches the back of your head, use your hands that are still deep inside the cheeks of the mask to stretch the mask out ( away from your face) and down .. using the hands still inside the mask to guide it all the way down your face.. you shouldn’t be pulling your hands out of the mask until the chin of the mask meets your own chin. Take care to NEVER pull the mask down by the bib.. don’t yank on the chin or mouth. You can adjust the mask once it’s in your head by massaging the top of the head forward or back.
For the putting on sleeves.. this is where it’s ok to use a lubricant. We strongly recommend 91% or higher isopropyl alcohol. Place some into a spray bottle. Liberally spray into each sleeve. Your hands will slide right in. The high percentage of alcohol will evaporate quickly. When removing, simply roll down to your wrist like a sock. Then grab at the wrist and slide them off your hands

What size is good for a Female fit mask?
Female fit masks fit heads with small facial features measuring 20 inches to 23 inches in diameter, measured around the head and above the ears (recommended for female wearers).
Do the teeth on the mask cover the wearers mouth?
The mask covers the wearers mouth totally in the rest position. When the mouth is in the open position the wearers mouth is still covered for the most part. We suggest that you refrain from showing your own teeth when opening your mouth to move the mask. Use your lips to cover your own teeth. We find that this method helps to obtain tremendous realism. Also a little blackout makeup wont hurt in the areas that are still visible.
Since your masks have the Total Power Mesh Encapsulation Technology, does that mean your masks have less movement than your competitors?
Our masks move just as well, if not better than our competitors. Our power mesh stretches 10x its original size while preventing rips or running tears. So basically, if you can open your mouth as wide as an anaconda, then maybe it will restrict your mouth movement a little bit.
What is the max neck size on your female fit masks?
15 inches

I need to repair my mask. What can I use?
If you should find a tear in your mask, it can easily be repaired by using a product called silpoxy, its made by a company called Smooth-On. Go to smooth-on.com and order a small tube for all your silicone repair needs. First, wash the area well with alcohol to remove any dust or oil. Then, glue the area with your silpoxy in a way that can be held in place for at least 15 mins. The mask can be handled after 30 mins, but is best not used for an hour.
I purchased a mask that is not fully reinforced from one of your competitors. How can I add full power mesh reinforcement to it?
The only way to have a mask fully reinforced is to cast the power mesh into the mask while it is being produced. If you own a mask that is not fully reinforced, chances are that it WILL TEAR at some point in time with normal use.
Will your Immortal Silicone masks fit my head? Do I need to be fitted, or give you my head size before I place my order?
Our Immortal Silicone masks are "one size fits most" and do in fact fit most people. To find our if a mask will fit you use a seamstress tape to measure the circumference of your head (start between your eyebrows, go over your ears the way sunglasses do, and around the back of your head back to your forehead. ) All masks will accommodate anyone who is between 21 3/4 and 25 inches in circumference. Because the masks come out of molds and their size is determined by the mold, it is not possible for us to re-size a mask to fit you.
How long will my Immortal silicone mask really last?
The most accurate answer is Many Years. Silicone rubber has been rated for chemical and physical stability for over 20 years without dry rot, discoloration, or loss of elasticity. However, we know that your mask won't be sitting on a shelf used as display, so the only thing that will put wear on your mask is continual use and harsh treatment. In short, treat your Immortal Silicone Mask well, follow directions, use common sense, and it will last years.

SILICONE CARE
How should I store my mask?
You can feel free to display your mask in our display form, but storing it off the form will not affect it. You can store the mask in the provided plastic bag to keep off dust and lie flat in a room temperature environment.
How can I clean my mask or other silicone products?
We suggest one of three things.
1.A simple baby wipe.
2. Isopropyl alcohol sprayed on from a spray bottle and gently wiped clean, with a paper towel or dish rag.
3. Simple dish soap and warm water
The key is to never scrub the mask. Abrasive contact can remove the outer painted layers of silicone
